Simple Start 2010

Simple Start 2010 is Intuit’s entry-level product for first-time users to track customers, invoices, sales, and expenses. It can only import data from prior versions of Simple Start. Retail price is $99.95 (before discount!).


QuickBooks Online Edition

QuickBooks Online Edition is web-based accounting software at a reasonable per month charge. Because your accounting data is online, you can work when and where you want and easily add support for additional users to accommodate growth. It doesn’t have inventory tracking, purchase orders, sales orders, job costing, or multicurrency support, and it doesn’t integrate with Microsoft Word – all features found in the desktop edition of Premier. It’s available in 2 versions: Basic and Plus. Monthly rates start at $9.95 for Basic and $34.95 for Plus. You can save 40% off the regular monthly rate for Plus when you order through our link.


QuickBooks Pro 2010

QuickBooks Pro is Intuit’s step-up accounting system. It supports up to 5 users. It tracks customers, vendors, employees, and inventory items. It’s not available in industry-specific versions and it doesn’t support these features: sales/expense forecasts, sales orders, back orders, inventory assemblies, different billing rates for different employees, or price levels. It supports these features not in Pro: sales/expense forecasts, sales orders, back orders, inventory assemblies, different billing rates for different employees, or price levels. Point of Sale Solutions

Intuit’s Point-of-Sale hardware and software solutions include everything you need to run a retail business, from a single store to a chain of 20 stores. Cash Register Plus allows you to ring up sales quickly and to track customers and sales activity and costs $299.95 (before discount!).

Point of Sale 9.0 is available in 2 versions: Basic and Pro. POS Basic is for single stores and costs $799.95 (before discount!). POS Pro is for chains of up to 20 stores and is available in both single and multi-store versions. It starts at $1,199.95 (before discount!) for the single store version. Hardware/software bundles featuring key retail items (e. g., a receipt printer, a credit card reader, and a cash drawer) are available, as well as hardware items sold separately.




Payroll

Intuit offers 2 online payroll products: Basic and Enhanced. Both are available for an annual fee. They support paying employees by printing payroll checks or making direct deposits. You can pay and file federal and state payroll taxes with E-Pay and E-File.



Enterprise Solutions 10

Enterprise Solutions builds on the ease-of-use of QuickBooks by offering more power and control. It includes greater capacity (lists are optimized for 100,000 entries), increased maximum number of users (up to 30), and more flexible security. There are 5 industry-specific versions available (Contractor, Manufacturing & Wholesale, Nonprofit, Professional Services, and Retail). Enterprise Solutions is priced from $3,000.
