We offer QuickBooks Bookkeeping services on both an on-site and remote basis for some or all of your accounting needs. We can do that using your hardware and software, ours, or online – so you have access to your records when and where you want. Our QB Inspection service is a comprehensive analysis of your QuickBooks company file.
Once we’ve completed our QB Inspection, the next step is to resolve the action items we identified. That’s what our QB Tune Up is all about – restoring the accuracy and performance of your QuickBooks data.
At some point in your use of QuickBooks, you’re likely to come across a circumstance where you need to update a large number of records. Since QuickBooks doesn’t include a “find/replace” feature, our QB Data Exchange is there to solve the problem.
Using third-party reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Microsoft Office productivity applications, we design and produce custom reports that aren’t directly available in QuickBooks.
In addition to custom management reports, we design and produce custom financial statements using both third-party reporting tools as well as Intuit’s Financial Statement Designer and Statement Writer.
We perform new installations of QuickBooks and third-party add-ons, as well as upgrade older installations to the latest version or to provide support for more simultaneous users. Intuit has a service discontinuation policy for obsoleting older versions, and generally speaking, a version more than 2 versions prior to the current version becomes obsolete in the April following the release of the current version. That means QuickBooks 2006 will be obsolete under this policy in April of 2009. Once your version becomes obsolete, you can no longer use the electronic services such as online banking that Intuit offers, so it’s important to keep your software current. We want to spruce up your data and calculators so no one can ever say business information is dull and boring. That means making it more visual and more interactive. We build visualizations and “what if” calculators to make it easier for managers to more quickly access information and to interactively explore the relationship between different variables. Visualizations can be deployed in different formats and on the web, and we’ve posted some examples we’ve developed. It’s important to back-up your data, but it’s equally important to have an off-site backup. In fact, you may face legal or other requirements to have a disaster recovery plan, and off-site backup is an integral part of any such plan. Our back-up solution uses the same reliable, secure network storage that drives Amazon’s web business and at last count served 29 billion objects. We provide free file transfer software, and free technical support. We make use of this system when exchanging data files that are over 200 Mb in size part of our QB Inspection and QB Tune Up services.

- up to 5 Gb total storage with up to 10 Gb in/out transfer per month for only $10 per month
- up to 10 Gb total storage with up to 20 Gb in/out transfer per month for only $18 per month
