i know that we cannot manipulate the price level on this feature but is there another way to copy down the price level in a multiple list instead of changing one-by-one per sub-customers?
Unfortunately, there isn’t unless you have specialized tools and programming ability. QB 2012 doesn’t include price level as one of the fileds supported by adding/editing multiple list entries. Perhaps if you and others raise the importance of the issue to Intuit, they’ll include it in future versions.
