What Does Error Code -6000, -107 Mean?

According to Intuit, Error Code -6000, -107 “QuickBooks is unable to open company file” can occur when a user is attempting open a QuickBooks company file (.qbw) and the associated network data (.nd) or transaction log (.tlg) file is damaged.

To resolve this error, rename both of the files and re-start QuickBooks.  QuickBooks will recreate these files when it starts.
