A web-savvy client just drew our attention to a QuickBooks compatible web store, Zoovy.
The company says they support bi-directional communication of invoices, sales receipts, customers, products and inventory with QuickBooks in this Zoovy overview.
For QuickBooks customers looking to increase sales from a web store and not have to re-enter information, Zoovy might be worth a closer look.
Zoovy does integrate with QuickBooks in a very seamless, automated process. We are Gold Development Partners with Intuit and have been Beta Testers for quite some time. We utilize the QBxml files to syndicate your invoices/receipts on either an accrual or cash basis over to Quick Books. Must be a desktop version which is more robust with more features as compared to the “virtual” version. The sync is between the Zoovy desktop client, Zoovy Order Manager (ZOM) and your QuickBooks software which is either installed on the desktop or network. Using the same manuf prod skus/numbers, you can also manage your inventory in QB’s…all paid transactions pushed to QB’s will decrement inventory numbers.
